You can browse the Type-Specific Collections Library JavaDocs online, as well as download jars with either just the class files in the library or the full source and JavaDocs for the library. The latest version is 1.1 (view changes). This version requires Java 2 support (JDK 1.2 or later) because of the use of Iterators; these can be removed to build with JDK 1.1.X compatibility without substantial changes to the code.
